Early Stage Family Support Group

Connections is an innovative early stage support group developed by Eddy Alzheimer's Services for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, or related dementias, and their care partners.

Individuals with dementia meet seperately from their carepartners in activity based sessions that are organized around topics chosen by participants. Care partners meet together to share information, receive encouragement and moral support in a confidential environment.

Connections is scheduled to meet twice a month for 8 weeks in the Spring and Fall. Registration is required.
