Michael S. Conjalka, MD, MPH

Board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology, Dr. Conjalka has extensive experience in cancer care. He has served at various hospitals and medical centers throughout his professional career, including St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York City; Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City; St. John's Health Care System in Anderson, IN; and Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN.

A graduate of Northwestern University where he received his medical degree, Dr. Conjalka completed a residency in internal medicine at New York University, and hematology/oncology fellowships at Scripp's Clinic and Research Institute in LaJolla, CA, and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Dr. Conjalka also served as a research cytogenetics fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City.

He has also held academic positions at Columbia University Medical School and Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
